Prices
All prices mentioned on the website and/or flyers go per person per night. Gasthaus am Tunnel reserves the right to change this prices at all times.

Reservation and payment
T he reservation is confirmed by us per e-mail. At the same time, we request an advance payment amounting to 50% of the total amount, to be made within a fortnight per banktransaction. When this payment is received, the reservation is fixed; this will be confirmed by us by e-mail. The rest amount is due not later than four weeks before arrival date. Failing this will expire the reservation.

Reservations made within six weeks before arrival date have to be paid 100% in advance. When the payment is received, the reservation is fixed; this will be confirmed by us by e-mail.

Our terms and conditions are applicable on all reservations; the same goes for our houserules.

Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made and/or confirmed by e-mail.
- in case of cancellation until four weeks before arrival date, 100% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
- in case of cancellation until three to four weeks before arrival date, 75% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
- in case of cancellation until two to three weeks before arrival date, 50% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
- in case of cancellation until one to two weeks before arrival date, 25% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
- in case of cancellation within one week before arrival date, no refund can be made.

Gasthaus am Tunnel advises you a travel insurance, so in case of cancellation you can get a refund of the costs from your insurance.

Responsibility
Het toebrengen van schade aan eigendommen van Gasthaus am Tunnel dan wel het ontvreemden daarvan wordt in rekening gebracht bij de veroorzaker dan wel de hoofdelijk aansprakelijke persoon.

By making a reservation, a contract is being realized. These terms and conditions are applicable on that contract. The one realizing the contract for him/herself and/or third parties, is totally responsible for all obligations coming from this contract.

Your stay at Gasthaus am Tunnel is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for physical damage, material damage and/or collateral damage, inflicted or arised by guests and/or third parties.

Parking and stalling motorbikes, cars etc. on the premises of Gasthaus am Tunnel is at your own risk.

Inflicting damage to properties of Gasthaus am Tunnel, or reaving of those will be charged to the arising person or the person responsible for realizing the contract.

In case of loss or abstracting the roomkey, weither accidental or deliberately, the costs arising will be charged completely to the person(s) using the room, or to the person responsible for realizing the contract.

Gasthaus am Tunnel can not be held responsible for damages caused by calamities or reason of force majeure.

Miscellaneous
- It is prohibited to smoke in the hotelrooms or breakfast room.
- It is prohibited to take drugs with you.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Our houserules have to be followed. A copy is laid down in every hotelroom.

Houserules
Thank you for staying at Gasthaus am Tunnel. To make your stay, and the stay of others, as pleasant as possible, and also to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to take the following into consideration:
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotelrooms as well as in the breakfast room;
- It is prohibited to bring or use drugs on the Gasthaus am Tunnel premises.
- The rooms should be cleared from personal belongings by 10.30 hrs.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Some room entree doors have shutters; due to fire safety, these shutters can not be closed.
- Damaging the room and/or inventory and/or decoration, or abstraction from inventory and/or decoration, will be charged to the person arising such and/or the person realizing the contract.

Breakfast is served from 08.00 till 10.00 hrs. – unless agreed otherwise.
